Meredith was born and raised in the Bay Area of Northern California, later attending college in the Pacific Northwest studying Design Management. Growing up, she would spend her allowance on home plan magazines and design books and played architect and after moving out on her own at college, she started restoring furniture and other DIY home projects for fun.
“I love taking something that is old and beat down, and transforming it into something beautiful.”
For the last 10 years, Meredith and her husband Chris, own and operate a small residential construction company, Building Concepts, LLC, in Hamilton County, specializing in basement build-outs, renovations and additions. We work together with investors to renovate and resell homes, which has led her toward her career in real estate.
Meredith took her entrepreneurial spirit and passion for homes to the world of real estate, becoming a REALTOR® in 2015. Following her philosophy, Clients Come First, Meredith has built a reputation for outstanding service helping buyers and sellers throughout Central Indiana.
She loves being involved in her community and supporting other local small businesses. Meredith is a business member, volunteer and was recently awarded “2019 Arts Champion of the Year” at Nickel Plate Arts in Noblesville, IN. She is also a volunteer Child Advocate through the Hamilton County CASA program, advocating and being the voice for children through the courts.
Meredith moved to Noblesville in 2016 with her husband Chris and fur-babies, Zeus, Luna, Apollo, Ziggy, Remy and Sage. Over the years they have gutted and renovated their entire home with functional, custom features adding storage while keeping everything clean and simple. She is an arts & crafts junkie who built her own ukulele and is in the process of teaching herself how to play.
