About

The Heart Behind the Hustle

I am an Executive Assistant with more than 15 years of experience partnering with CEOs, Boards, and senior leaders to bring clarity and structure to fast-paced, high-stakes environments. My career has spanned healthcare, finance, and real estate — industries where precision, confidentiality, and adaptability are critical to success.

Over the years, I’ve managed complex executive calendars, coordinated multi-leg domestic and international travel, prepared Board-level materials, and ensured leaders were always briefed and ready for the conversations that matter most. I’ve also partnered with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, strengthen communication, and execute strategic initiatives that drive organizational success.

Those I’ve supported would describe me as trusted, proactive, and strategic. I thrive under pressure and never shy away from the days when everything feels on fire. My natural instinct is to pivot, stay calm, and find solutions quickly — and I take real satisfaction in putting out fires and ensuring everything comes together. While I am confident operating behind the scenes, I also step forward as a strategic partner when my executive needs someone to anticipate challenges, handle sensitive communications, or manage relationships on their behalf.

What drives me is simple: I love helping others. I take pride in making my executive look good to peers, Boards, and external partners. I’m energized by organizing chaos, protecting time, and anticipating needs before they surface. Discretion is second nature to me — not just because it’s required in the C-Suite, but because I value privacy in my own life. Trust and confidentiality are at the core of how I work.

Outside of work, my mornings begin with meditation, gratitude journaling, and a walk with my mini goldendoodle, Bear — habits that ground me and keep me centered no matter how busy the day ahead. I’m also a wife to a small business owner and a mom to a lively three-year-old who inspires me every day. She’s my “why” and the reason I’m motivated to provide not just for my family, but also to give my very best in every role I take on. In addition, I volunteer once a month as the teacher of a mommy-and-me art class called Creative Cubs, which allows me to share creativity and community with other families — a role that blends my love for organization with my passion for connection.
